We are currently investigating an issue with SGP03 that is impacting its stability.
This issue seems to be hardware related and more information will be shared as, and when available.
Update: We are still troubleshooting the hardware related issue with SGP03, might require hardware replacement. If you prefer to recreate your VPS on another node, please open a ticket.
Update 2 (3rd May 9:30 AM GMT+4): Replacement hardware has been ordered. Faulty hardware will be replaced once the replacement arrives. There is no ETA available yet. If you prefer to recreate your VPS on another node or different location, please open a ticket.
Update 3 (5th May 10:00 AM GMT+4): a temporary fix has been implemented while we wait for the replacement RAM to arrive. Clients on SGP03 are eligible for compensation. Please open a ticket to request this.
Update 4 (21st May 6:38 PM GMT+4): We are scheduling a brief maintenance period for the RAM replacement in the morning of Thursday 22nd May (Singapore Time). Additional updates will follow.

The team is investigating an issue with IPv4 DNS being unreachable (outgoing) from our Spokane, WA location.

The network engineering team has identified the issue as a line card failure impacting the main upstream connection. They are actively working to resolve it, and we will provide an estimated time for repair (ETR) as soon as possible. If you wish to raise a request for compensation, please submit a support ticket, and compensation will be provided as per the SLA outlined in our Terms of Service, if applicable. We are aware of a system outage on SGP-01, and the team is investigating.

Affecting System - SPK-12
One of our NVMe drives has experienced a failure. Our technical team is actively investigating the issue to restore services as quickly as possible. This NVMe drive is non hot-swap and replacing the drive will result in downtime. As a precautionary measure, some VPSs will be migrated to other hypervisors to ensure minimal disruption. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Rest assured, we are working diligently to resolve the issue and restore normal operations.
Migrating the VPS to other nodes allows you to avoid the necessary downtime needed to replace the physical NVMe drive, and the risk of losing your data. If you are unhappy with this operational migration, please do open a ticket and we will move you back to SPK-12 once the service is restored.
Backups of non-migrated/remaining servers on SPK-12 is now completed. SPK-12 will be scheduled for drive replacement.
